"Walter Bonatti" Refuge, in Val Ferret, 2025 m., on the 28th October 2002 was awarded the certification of its environmental management system according to the ISO 14001 standard.

The environmental management system was applied with the help of Professor Riccardo Beltramo from the Department of Commodity Science of Turin University.

The certficating body was CertiQuality.
