About me
Born in Giussano (Milan, Italy), August 28th 1971. He obtained a BA in Finance in 1995 at the Catholic University in Milan, an M.Sc. in Economics at the University of York in UK in 1999, and a PhD in Finance at the Catholic University in Milan in 2003. He is Assistant professor in Public Economics at the University of Torino since 2002, and obtained the qualification as Associate professor in November 2010. He authored some publications, both in Italian and international journals on issues mostly related to the welfare services industries, in particular health care. He is currently the Director of the Master in Health Economics and Policy (School of Economics, University of Turin and Coripe Piemonte).
